WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A CARE SERVICE PROVIDER?

When selecting a care provider, it is crucial to weigh the balance between cost and quality of service. Consider the extent of the tasks required from caregivers and the industry fees associated with those services. We recommend choosing an agency that has taken the time to learn about you, as a potential client or your family’s loved one, if it is a family member who is making this difficult choice; One with a solid grasp of what the client’s care goals are, plus a solid reputation in the care field even if the costs are slightly higher, as this often translates to enhanced safety and reliability in the long run.

The process begins with a phone call to us, after which we will arrange a complimentary consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss with you and your family the specific current needs, assess the safety of the living environment, room by room, plus the external location in the event of wandering away from the home, and through shared discussions, we will develop an appropriate care plan - together.  We consider all relevant factors to ensure we assign the most suitable team member or team members to you or your loved one.

The simplest way to obtain answers to your questions is to give us a call. We take great pleasure in helping individuals find the information they need quickly, which often leads to swift solutions for the care of those we aim to assist. We have a Tax Information Specialist on-board who can assist in sorting out how care-plan costs could become a tax advantage rather than a financial burden.

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED?

ARE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY BACK GROUND CHECKED?

Absolutely! All of our caregivers are registered with the California Care Aide Registry, which verifies that they have undergone thorough background checks and have completed a TB test that is renewed every two years.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE SET UP GETTING SERVICE?

In most cases, we can arrange services within 24 hours or even sooner.

However, providing us with ample notice allows us to ensure that the most qualified

team member is available for your loved one.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS FOR SERVICES?

Yes, we do have a minimum requirement of two hours for any service we provide.
